I am a public school teacher who would like to relocate to Samara Beach, Costa Rica. My idea is to rent a small retail space in a tourist area where I would sell Eglish language used books to tourists and expats, and teach English. I am TESOL certified.

How realistic is this? How much would a small store rent for in Samara Beach? How hard is it to get a residency permit?

Retail space in Samara Beach Message
I am a public school teacher in Florida who would like to relocate to Samara Beach.

Here's my idea: I would like to... space suitable for a small book store with an additional space to teach one-on-one, or very small classes?

    Any ideas?...

Keep this min mind... . Some people like to call Costa Rica various things like Puerto Rico or Costa Rico. Costa Rica translates to "Rich Coast"... check out Costa Rica. Costa Rica is also two words, not one, ie: Costarica or CostaRico. San Jose is the capitol city of Costa Rica. The San Jose International Aiport (SJO) is really located in Alajuela, Costa Rica (about 15 km from the Capital San Jose).
